Wouldn’t it be nice to know the cost of your new home before you break ground?  KR&S has a modernized system in place that allows you to avoid cost overruns & out-of-control budgets. We take an additional step to get firm bids from each of our vendors so that we can lock in your budget BEFORE we start building your home. Providing an accurate bid and identifying the cost of these items upfront will help minimize surprises or change orders during construction, interim interest costs, and amount of out of pocket expenses not covered by your construction loan.
